The product is great however it took a few days for me to get used to it. I wouldn’t have bought it directly due to its width however I’m very happy with it now. I would ask to be advised when a thinner version available.

Yes, the neck chain was what it is described. I advise that you should check your neck/ collar size first. Look at the comparison between inches & cm! Then before ordering, do a calculation of the desired length, for example: for a 16" neck/ collar, add about 6" or 15cm to the length, That would be a 22" or 55cm chain length, for a great fit.
