FAQs

When you shop with us, you have a period of 365 days to return all or part of your order, provided that the packaging of the items remains intact and the items have not been used.

Returning an item to us is super simple. All you’ll need is your order number and the email address you used to create the order.

Please note that…

  • A return handling fee is charged for all returns. Exchanges are exempt from this fee.
  • If you are returning an order that was delivered to you by express service, we will only refund you the equivalent of the standard delivery fee.
  • Your refund will take place via the same payment method used to pay for your order.
  • Direct exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same product. If you want to swap one design for another or for a more expensive item, you’ll have to return the original for a refund and make a new order.
  • Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimate products like earrings and other piercing jewellery, socks, and underwear can only be returned in original, unopened packaging.
  • It’s not possible to combine 2 return orders in 1 package. The computers don’t like that. Please ship all return orders individually.

ONCE THE RETURN IS CREATED :

You’ll receive an email containing the pre-paid return shipping label.

Print it and attach it to your return package. The most environmentally friendly choice is to reuse the original packaging if possible.

Then, deliver your return package to the nearest UPS drop-off point, and we'll take it from there.

We are really fast. Like, ridiculously fast. If you realise you’ve made a mistake just as you hit the “buy” button, don’t hesitate to call us. We’ll try to cancel it for you before it leaves the warehouse, but we can’t guarantee that it won’t already be on its way out.

Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow us to add or remove items from an existing order (computer says “no”). Your best option in this case will be to return the order for a refund and place a new one.

You’ve probably done this already, but we have to ask… did you check your spam folder? It shouldn’t end up in there, but it has happened before. Some email clients also have different tabs for different subjects, and the confirmation email might be playing hide-and-seek in there.

If you can’t find it anywhere and it’s been more than 30 minutes since you placed your order, please get in touch and we’ll send you a new order confirmation.

Our designs are sometimes victims of their own success and sell out. When that happens, a form shows up on the product’s page letting you sign up to get an email as soon as it’s back.

Luckily, we have a lot of stellar designs available, and you’ll find suggestions similar to the sold out product at the bottom of its page.

We can’t wait for you to get your order and try it on for the first time! That’s the joy we live for.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order’s journey. In some cases, it may take a few days for it to arrive in your country or region and for the final courier’s tracking information to be updated, but rest assured - your package is moving.

We only have an office/warehouse in Horsens, Denmark. While we’d love to meet you in person, we can’t provide on-site pickup. Our operation is a well-oiled machine and manual handling might cause delays.

That’s why we have a 365-day full return policy, so you can shop with the peace of mind that, in the highly unlikely case you don’t like what you get, you can return it – no questions asked.

Yes! We provide a 2-year guarantee on all our products for any manufacturing fault. So, if something happens to it that’s not caused by normal wear and tear, an accident, or it being used in an unintended way, please email us at info@trendhim.ie and tell us what went wrong, how it happened, and include a picture or video.

You shop with us as a private individual and we don’t currently cater to resellers.
