This website is operated by Trendhim ApS. Throughout the site, the terms “we", “us" and “our" refer to Trendhim ApS. Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You buy as a private individual on our Website. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer company purchases through our Website. This means we are not able to alter the invoice, add your VAT number to the invoice, nor offer reverse charged VAT on our invoices.

By placing an order on trendhim.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions.

In order to place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method acceptable to us. If unforeseen difficulties arise or if unsatisfactory credit information about the customer is obtained after the acceptance of the order, we will be entitled to cancel the confirmed order and we will be exempt from liability of any kind.

When placing an order on our site, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Some of the goods sold through our website may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18s. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have charged your chosen payment method.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT / GST / duties but exclusive of shipping cost.

While we try and ensure that all information, details, descriptions, availability and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and find a solution with you. If we have already received your payment, but it is necessary to issue you with a refund, it will be refunded to the payment method used.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been shipped. If you pay with a debit card, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we capture or decline the payment.

At Trendhim your payment is safe and completely encrypted by SSL, so you can feel completely safe about your transaction.

All products are shipped in secure packaging. You choose a shipping method during checkout. Shipping fees depend on the size and weight of your order as well as delivery terms. Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout. Any damage to the product during shipping will be covered by us and we will ship a replacement free of charge if needed. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or statements made about delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays for which we are not responsible.

If the package is not picked up from the pick-up point, we reserve the right to treat it as a return and charge a return handling fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so you can return your items for up to 365 days from the date of delivery. The only requirement is that your item has not been used and all packaging is intact. If this is not the case, it may constitute a value deterioration, for which you are liable. All returns are subject to a return handling fee. If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund for your purchase and the cost of standard shipping, minus the return handling fee. If you only return some of the items from your order, your shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note we cannot accept returns of personalised items.

To return an item, please use our online return form and follow the instructions provided. You are also welcome to return your items for a refund in any way you prefer at your own expense using the standard return form at the end of this Terms of Service page.

You have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal There is no right of withdrawal from the purchase of goods made to your specifications or which have a distinct personal touch, such as engraved items. You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or packaging of beard and skincare products.

How to cancel a purchase You can cancel a purchase and let us know you wish to return it by giving us a clear message stating your wish to cancel. You can send a letter or an email, where you inform us of your wish to regret the purchase to Trendhim ApS, Egeskovvej 12, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, info@trendhim.dk. You cannot cancel by denying to receive the order, without also notifying us that you wish to cancel. You can also use the by law standard return formula, which is shown in the end of the Terms of Service, but this is not obligatory.

If something is wrong with the product If you find something wrong with a product, then please make contact with us within a reasonable time, for us to find a quick and good solution for you. We recommend you make contact as fast as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping. If you make contact within 2 months this will always be seen as a reasonable time period.

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. If your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform here.
