Designed for ease of use. To remove your watch strap:

Place your watch on a flat surface.

Put the wedge-shaped end into the groove of the spring bar.

Move the groove towards the centre of the strap.

Twist to release the strap.

Replacing the strap is just as quick – use the pin end to push the spring bar inwards, then fit it into the hole.
